Here and Now Circles: 

Where everyday life meets spiritual inquiry

Through writing, guided meditation, and group dialogue, we’ll address some of the experiences and inquiries that may arise on the spiritual path. It’s a space in which curiosity and inner exploration lead the way as we traverse some of these questions:

* What’s the relationship between our external presentation and the inner aspects of what we value and hold most dear? How do we center our attention on what matters the most? 

*Living Here Now: What activities encourage a more immediate experience with life, and what activities create more internal noise and distraction? 

*How can we develop and engage practices that support deepening presence and awareness? What actually fits inside the life we’re already living? 

This series is something I’ve been dreaming into for a while. It reflects my strong desire to connect with folks about what lives just beneath the surface, and what wants to be seen, known, and felt by others. We’ll be touching into the everyday experiences that stir our hearts and spirits. We’ll likely end up with more questions than answers!
