Here and Now Circles: 

Where everyday life meets spiritual inquiry

Through writing, guided meditation, and facilitated group dialogue, we’ll address some of the experiences and inquiries that may arise on the spiritual path. It’s a space in which curiosity and inner exploration lead the way as we traverse some of these questions:

* What’s the relationship between our external presentation and the inner aspects of what we value and hold dear? How do we center our attention on what matters the most? 

* Living Here Now: Which activities and habits encourage a more immediate experience with life, and which create more internal noise and distraction? 

* How can we develop and engage practices that support deeper presence and awareness, within the life we’re already living? 

This series is something I’ve been dreaming into for a while. It reflects my strong desire to connect with folks about what lives just beneath the surface, and what wants to be seen, known, and felt by others. In a small group setting, we’ll touch into the everyday experiences that stir our hearts and spirits. Let’s connect here…now.
