Thanks for your interest in the 5-day Summer Solstice Meditation Immersion. I look forward to creating some community around this practice, as I notice that group support is a key ingredient for many of us. On Monday June 15th you can log on as early as 6:50am. At 7am I’ll begin offering some spacious guidance to settle in, and after that we'll be in silence until the last few minutes, when we offer closing prayers. It's ok to join late (sometimes unavoidable) but please try to be on by 7:03. ; )
Make sure you have a comfortable space and appropriate prop or cushion support for this sitting session. You may want to light a candle before you begin. I'd like to request that everyone stay muted the entire time. I'll also mute at 7:10 when we move into the silent portion together.
Cameras on would be nice to help foster the sense that there's a group of us doing this, but if you'd prefer to keep your camera off that's fine. We won't be using the chat box, so if any tech troubles arise, please unmute yourself and let me know. I have a good strong wifi connection so I don't anticipate any trouble, but you never know.
